Futura 40 is a motor yacht , the so-called Houseboat , i.e. a motor unit of the highest standard of living, which can be rented without authorization. The vessel is a newer and larger version of the Futura 36 yacht, which gained enormous popularity already in the 2017 season in Masuria, i.e. a year later after its premiere. Futura 40 is the latest successful project by Przemysław Mr. Cieniarski; it combines the best features of Futura 36 , as well as inspiration from the current charter users. The yacht is dedicated to the waters of the Great Masurian Lakes Region. Despite its large size, maneuvering the unit will not cause any problems, it is thanks to two powerful electric thruster motors, which are mounted on the bow and stern of the unit. Sailing the Futura 40 unit does not require additional qualifications , even a novice steersman, who should beat an adult, will feel confident at the controls after training. The basic equipment of the Futura 40 unit is the inboard engine running on Janmar 80 HP diesel oil and two powerful electric bow thrusters, which assist in port maneuvers mounted on the bow and stern of the yacht. A set of accessories for safe mooring in ports is also available on board. Solid equipment of very good quality, such as cleats and half-locks, two bow anchors with an electric lift, a hook for convenient catching buoys, long, strong lines and durable large fenders, guarantee safe mooring and protection of the yacht's large sides. Futura 40 consists of three levels . The highest level is the so-called Flybridge, a special deck located on the roof of the unit, which allows us to steer the unit from above. Thanks to the location of the stand, the helmsman has excellent visibility, which significantly affects both the safety of navigation and the sailing experience of the helmsman. There is also a lounge area for the crew on the roof, we can also enjoy a better view of the landscape and take advantage of the full sun for sunbathing.

Futura 40 additional equipment and advantages . On the deck level there is a large living room with the Helmsman's main panel, a kitchen area, a table surrounded by comfortable seats and a TV set. At night, the living room turns into a bedroom for two. The whole is illuminated with LED light. The control panel has been located in such a way as to allow the helmsman to relax during holidays and participate in the social life of the crew. The panel is equipped with solid and proven hardware. Steering wheel, engine lever, thruster panel, windlass panel, roof light panel (so-called searchlight), engine speed indicator, comfortable seat, wooden trim and full visibility guarantee the highest comfort of driving the yacht. Additionally, at the steersman's disposal, we offer a GPS with a map of the lakes, an echo sounder, a sound signal button, a 12 V socket and a cheat sheet for signs found on the navigable route. In the kitchen part you will find a gas stove with two burners, drinking water installation with an electric pump, sink, hot water and a set of dishes and kitchen accessories (pots with lids, frying pan, deep plates, flat plates, breakfast plates, cutlery, cups, etc.) In addition to standard equipment, we provide you with a spacious refrigerator, an ice cube maker and a microwave oven. Below deck there are three lockable cabins, each designed for two people. Each cabin has a separate bathroom equipped with a sea toilet, sink and hot water shower. Three bathrooms with showers available on the yacht will provide the crew with comfort and intimacy. The cabins are kept in a modern, marine style; they are bright and spacious. Lockers and wardrobes offer space to help you conveniently arrange your luggage. Each cabin has a window that provides access to natural light and allows good ventilation; in addition, there are roof windows in the bathrooms and in the bow cabin. The yacht is equipped with efficient heating. The aft deck of the Futura 40 yacht is equipped with luxurious furniture made of very high-quality wood and the repeatedly varnished surface protects against moisture, protects against mechanical damage, also gives an amazing appearance effect and additionally allows individual use of the gangway space depending on the crew's needs. The extensive surface of the parquet covered with natural Teak, lighting and waterproof speakers make this part of the yacht a perfect place for entertainment and dancing. Both the Futura 40 yacht and the engine are covered by insurance . The yacht is equipped with the highest quality life-saving appliances: a lifebuoy, onboard vests in the amount corresponding to the number of crew members and a fire extinguisher. The yacht is equipped with a charger, cable and adapter for a camping plug, which allows you to charge the battery yourself in the ports. The yacht has the main electric board with automatic protection, fluid status indicators (fuel, water and faeces), battery charge status indicators, audio system, two televisions (230 V sockets and 230 V equipment work when the yacht is connected to charging). Each cabin has a 12 V socket and LED lighting. The Futura 40 yacht is perfect for crews who value comfortable living conditions and privacy.
